The Project Manager manages key internal projects. Project Manager’s responsibilities include the planning, coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. PM oversees all aspects of projects, plans timelines, work packages and budget, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of a project. Prepares reports for the top management regarding status of a project. PM is responsible for end to end delivery of a project

Responsibilities

The role of PM requires at least 4 years of project management experience. The advantage is knowledge and/or experience with concepts, practices and procedures in the retail or grocery or e-commerce area. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, having analytical skills is a plus. The PM reports to the Head of Projects and will also play an important role in enhancing the reputation of project management by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests in connection with successful delivery of projects.
  • End to end responsible for project delivery
  • Develop a detailed project plan from time/scope/resources perspective to monitor and track the progress
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resources allocation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and perform risk management
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders as well as with third parties/vendors as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Share the knowledge and experience and educate colleagues to improve overall project management culture within the company

We like people who

  • Have 4 years proven project management experience
  • Have proved track record of successfully delivered projects
  • Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are organised with great attention to detail and multitasking
  • Have basic knowledge of project portfolio management
  • PMP / PRINCE 2 / IPMA certification (is a plus)
  • Have great Analytical skills (is a plus)
  • Have experience with training, mentoring or coaching the project management skills (is a plus)
  • Can speak fluent Czech & English language
