Learning & Development Manager

In this role, you’ll partner with the HR Director and key business stakeholders to develop and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy. You will take ownership of creating new programs and development experiences that unlock the potential of both people managers and individual contributors in innovative ways, combining various methods and approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable learning and leadership development strategies that align to Rohliks’ business priorities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive development initiatives to build internal talent bench that supports the future of the company
  • Develop and drive a roadmap for development-related programs as needed by the organization (e.g. leadership coaching, mentoring, etc.)
  • Reinforce Rohliks’ specific leadership behaviors that align to our culture and values
  • Conduct thoughtful needs analyses and research to design programs that build leadership capabilities
  • Review and continually evolve existing development programs to align with our fast pace and rate of change
  • Manage L&D vendor relationships for externally-led programs

We like people who

  • 5+ years experience in a Learning & Development role with proven success in learning programs, development initiatives, learning facilitation and reinforcement
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; you’ll need to manage sideways and up
  • Strong business acumen and alignment to helping the business achieve its goals
  • Experience designing, implementing and supporting a continuous learning environment
  • Desire to experiment with new approaches to learning & development
  • Fluency in Czech and English language
