Responsibilities

The IT Administrator is at the heart of our organization to ensure business continuity.
On a day to day basis, you might be called to help colleagues with more basic IT needs. This will mean you will need to share your knowledge to help others, including setting up new users and managing backup, security, and passwords. This will not only include the users in the HQ but also the warehouse operations. On another day, you will be called into the fulfillment center to support the infrastructure on site. You will be reporting to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
Places orders for hardware/ software as directed, including ensuring that software licenses received are documented
Contributing to the on-going maintenance and development of processes and services
Assisting in regular reviews with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the IT Admin processes
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
Creating and deleting user accounts on systems and applications and resetting user passwords.
Troubleshooting, diagnose, and resolve connection issues, managing shared clouds, adding people to clouds, managing access to users’ files.
IT Support management in our warehouse
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

We like people who

A colleague who has extensive experience in IT administration/Support
Individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices
A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly G Suite
Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
Good organizational and time management skills
You enjoy working in an innovative and ever-changing environment
Team player and good communication skills
Fluency in German and English a must
