Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant leads a wide range of operational and executive related tasks This is a cross-
departmental position, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Team Leads, with scope
for growth within the organisation.

This role will suit someone who thrives in an extremely fast paced, high pressure environment, enjoys the challenges of supporting a diverse team of approximately 10. Being extremely proactive, organized and flexible is therefore key in this varied role.

Responsibilities:

Office Management
  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and all associated functions including organizing the meeting rooms,
  • Creating and maintaining standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the directors and senior management team.
  • Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events.
  • General cost control and negotiation of office and store supplier contracts and tariffs. You manage our office & benefits-related suppliers.
  • Manage the reception desk
Project Management
  • Responsible for initiating and managing a diverse array of projects from start up to completion.
  • Track project performance
HR Management
  • Partner with HR to implement and maintain office policies as necessary.

We like people who

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Team Assistant or Executive Assistant in a Food Manufacturing, Ecommerce, retail or FMCG environment and proven ability of delivering against KPIs.
  • A "can-do" mentality, attention to detail and takes an innovative approach to problem solving
  • Very ambitious and are very hands-on as you will do the job yourself in the beginning
  • Positive communicator who understands when necessary how to have tough conversations
  • Successful track record leading teams and organizational effectiveness
  • Driven to achieve highest quality in daily work and constantly improve customer satisfaction
  • You enjoy working in an innovative and ever changing environment
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Flexible approach regarding working hours dependent upon the needs of the business.
  • Fluency in German and English a must
