Customer Acquisition and Propositions Manager

In this role, you will be in charge of developing strategies and tactics aimed at acquisition of new customers, so that they can and enjoy great food, great service and great life. In doing so, you will work with your team as well as other teams in marketing delivering compelling marketing propositions in areas where Rohlik is present or new areas where Rohlik is entering. Be it performance marketing, social media, geo marketing, ATL campaigns, co-marketing or affiliate, the floor is yours to make a difference!At the same time, you will be in charge of key flagship products/propositions, that make Rohlik unique, drive value, customer satisfaction or simply inspiration,i.e. Rohlík Premium, Rohlík Chef, Rohlík Bistro, or leveraging Private labels, such as Bez Kompromisu, Maso!, Miil and use these in customer acquisition while taking care of Product Lifecycle and commercial targetsLast but now least, closely related to acquisition if customers is distribution. In this area, you will be responsible for strategy where to roll-out Rohlík Points, theirlaunch in each location and actual utilization or orders.

Responsibilities

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of customer insights
  • Drive for results on daily level, understanding of sales funnel and marketing mix
  • Ability to analyze opportunities, areas of improvement, form a strategy and plan, execute and measure results.
  • Develop and drive acquisition campaigns with strong focus on efficiency and profitability
  • Leverage and lead x-functional experts to help you a manage the projects/campaigns
  • You will use and evaluate different acquisition channels and touchpoint and continually optimize

  • Experience from service industries such as telco, banking, etc, understanding of conversion funnel, building consideration/interest/desire and call to action, ideally 5+ years in similar role
  • Previous experience from FMCG/retail an advantage
  • Understanding and experience with managing entire marketing mix
  • Experience with performance management on granular or regional level
  • Experience with driving and leading complex campaigns across entire value chain
  • Understand role of brand and marketing communication on “client” level
  • ROI/P&L responsibility
