Responsibilities

Role Overview


CRM segment manager acts as a person responsible for both strategy & operations execution. Creates tailored communication for each appointed lifecycle (or other) segment (e.g., specific strategies for churn / onboarding) together with CRM Campaign specialists. Handled segments depend on the Head of CRM decision.

What we expect from you?



Execution of CRM strategy
  • Responsible for definition of strategy and its execution for given segment
  • Forms hypothesis, pilot various campaigns and evaluates
  • Helps forecasting CRM uplift, sales and order plan in cooperation with logistics, warehousing and purchasing – all within the channels s/he operates

Segmentation and campaign execution
  • Works with databases and customer segmentation (personalization), provides relevant targeting combined with relevant reporting and creative processing
  • Deeply involved in with marketing planning – especially during the brief phase, where the products & main message is being created (i.e. because he’s the “owner” of the customer base and knows what works for which segment – e.g. “Start segment won’t be interested in cheap beer”)
  • Analyzes the impact of targeting and implements tools for its ongoing optimization

Monitoring and analytics
  • Supports Weekly CRM Stand-up and is responsible for CRM results & KPIs in given segment.
  • Regularly analyzes the performance of campaigns and suggests adjustments their settings to maximize results, incl. ROI
  • Creates and updates standardized reports to support marketing team and management decision making
  • Manages campaign specialists and other supportive functions

Cooperation
  • Internal: CRM, BI, marketing
  • External: digital agency (if not handled by internal resources)

  • Analytical person who has a strong background in digital
  • Previous experience with strategic planning, marketing and project management
  • Experience with loyalty/performance tools
  • Ability to adapt to “urgent delivery” culture, stress resistant
  • Ability to proactively respond to current demand developments, sense of the commercial impact of digital marketing
  • Ability to work closely with related team members (marketing, commercial)
  • Knowledge of online and/or multi-channel retail/FMCG environment an advantage
